Strawberry Chia Holy Basil Smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
½ cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk
½ cup of brewed Dr. Vim’s Tulsi Holy Basil Tea (chilled)
1 frozen banana
½ cup of frozen strawberries
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. raw honey
Directions:
1.   Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
2.   Enjoy.
