Adaptogenic Pumpkin Spiced "Latte"

If you love pumpkin spiced lattes, this recipe is for you! It's the perfect way to celebrate the start of fall in a much healthier way. We made this recipe caffeine, dairy, and sugar free so you can feel guilt-free about enjoying this adaptogenic pumpkin spiced "latte." 

Adaptogenic Pumpkin Spiced "Latte" 

Serves: 2


1 cup of full-fat unsweetened coconut milk 

½ cup of brewed Dr. Vim’s Tulsi Holy Basil Tea 

1/2 tsp. ashwagandha powder (or whatever serving your ashwagandha powder calls for) 

1 tsp. pumpkin spice 

2 tsp. raw honey 


1.    Add all the ingredients to a stockpot over low/medium heat and whisk well. 

2.    Warm for about 3-5 minutes and enjoy.
