#1 Get Enough Sleep 

Sleep is super important, and it’s even more important during times where we are experiencing higher levels of stress. During sleep, the body rests, restores, and not getting enough sleep can make stress worse. 

So, try to prioritize sleep even if it means getting to bed a half-hour earlier and working your way up to getting that solid 7-8 hours each night.
