An Anti-inflammatory Turmeric Milk Latte to Boost Your Health This Year
- 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 pinch of cracked black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
1. Simply add all the ingredients to a stockpot over low heat and whisk well.
2. Whisk until heated and pour into your favorite coffee mug.
