Christmas is right around the corner, and if you are in search of a healthier sweet treat recipe to enjoy now and throughout the rest of the winter season, this recipe is sure to hit the spot.

Made with all whole food ingredients and a serving of our Magnificient Mushrooms Brain Blend to help give this recipe a superfood boost! 

Here's how to make it. 

Peppermint Mocha Energy Bites 

Makes: 15 bites 

Ingredients:

  • 20 pitted Medjool dates¬†
  • 1 cup raw cashews¬†
  • ¬ľ cup raw unsweetened cacao powder¬†
  • 1 tsp. Pure peppermint extract¬†
  • ¬ľ cup brewed coffee¬†
  • 2 Tbsp. raw honey¬†
  • 1 serving of the Magnificent Mushrooms Brain Blend¬†

Directions:

  1. Add the pitted dates, cashews, and cacao powder to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until the mixture comes together.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
