Peppermint Mocha Energy Bites
Makes: 15 bites
Ingredients:
- 20 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup raw cashews
- ¼ cup raw unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 tsp. Pure peppermint extract
- ¼ cup brewed coffee
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey
- 1 serving of the Magnificent Mushrooms Brain Blend
Directions:
- Add the pitted dates, cashews, and cacao powder to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until the mixture comes together.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
- Roll into 15 bite-sized rounds and store in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy!
