Gluten-Free Chocolate Refuel Donuts

Looking to revamp your post-workout snack? Here's the perfect post-workout treat to help refuel your body and boost energy levels! 

Makes: 8 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour 
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup raw unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 serving Magnificent Mushrooms Athletic Blend
  • 1 egg 
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted 
  • ¾ cup oat milk 
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a donut pan with coconut oil. 

2. Add the flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and Athletic Blend to a large mixing bowl and mix well. 

3. Add in the wet ingredients and mix well until no clumps remain.
