#1 Turmeric Ginger Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • ½ tsp. Ground turmeric 
  • ⅛ tsp. Ground ginger
  • ⅛ tsp. Ground cinnamon 
  • 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup 
  • 1 serving of one of our Magnificent Mushroom blends of your choice 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Sip and enjoy! 

#2 Anti-inflammatory Raspberry Cinnamon Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
