#1 Turmeric Ginger Smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ tsp. Ground turmeric
- ⅛ tsp. Ground ginger
- ⅛ tsp. Ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 serving of one of our Magnificent Mushroom blends of your choice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

#2 Anti-inflammatory Raspberry Cinnamon Smoothie
