Chai Chia Pudding 

What You Need

1 cup of full-fat canned coconut milk

¼ cup chia seeds

2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ tsp. ground ginger

¼ tsp. ground cardamom

Sliced banana for topping

How to Make it

1.    Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for about 10 seconds or until the mixture is combined.

2.    Store in a glass container in the fridge until a pudding-like consistency is formed.

3.    Top with sliced banana and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon
