Memorial Day Weekend Red White & Blue Parfait

Memorial Day weekend is almost here, so you may be getting some recipes together for a Memorial Day Weekend BBQ. These Red White & Blue parfaits are the perfect festive sweet treat without all of the added sugar! 

Here's what you'll need...


  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk yogurt
  • ½ cup gluten-free granola
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 serving Magnificent Mushrooms Athletic Blend

1.     Start by adding the yogurt to a bowl and stir in the Athletic Mushroom Blend.

2.     Add half of the granola to the bottom of a glass cup and top with the ½ of the yogurt.

3.     Add half of the raspberries and then another layer of the yogurt.

4.     Top with the remaining granola, raspberries, and blackberries.

5.     Add the shredded unsweetened coconut.

6.     Enjoy!
