A Calming Evening Tea to Add to Your Evening Ritual

We all could use some stress reduction in our lives, and establishing an evening routine is a great way to help calm the mind and the body from the stressors of the day.¬† An evening routine may look something like staying away from electronics at least two hours before bed, reading a book, or doing some yoga and meditation. But, adding in a calming, warming beverage may also be a great option too ‚ÄĒ¬†and it even makes a healthy dessert swap!¬† Here‚Äôs a calming evening tea to consider adding to your evening ritual.¬†¬†

Calming Tulsi Evening Tea  

Ingredients: 

1 cup brewed Holy Basil, Tulsi tea  

¬†¬ľ cup full-fat unsweetened coconut milk¬†¬†

 1 pinch of ground cinnamon  

 1 drizzle of pure maple syrup  

 Instructions: 

Add all ingredients to a stockpot over low heat and whisk well.  

 Pour into a mug, sip, and enjoy!
