3 Homemade Nut Milk Recipes That Make Going Dairy Free Easy

Plant-based eating is receiving more and more attention and for good reason! Eating more plants is always a good idea, but it can seem intimidating to ditch the dairy when first getting started. 


But, the good news is that there are plenty of delicious dairy-free alternatives out there, and we’re sharing three super simple homemade nut milk recipes that make going dairy-free so easy!

 
 
 
 

3 Easy Nut Milk Recipes

#1 Vanilla Almond Milk

Ingredients:

2 cups raw almonds (soaked overnight) 

4 cups filtered water

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 pinch of sea salt 

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until super creamy. 

Pour through a nut milk bag and enjoy!

#2 Chocolate Hazelnut Milk

1 cup hazelnuts (soaked overnight) 

4 cups filtered water

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender minus the cacao powder and blend until super creamy. 

Pour through a nut milk bag and then return to the blender with the 2 tbsp raw unsweetened cacao powder. 

Enjoy!

#3 Vanilla Cashew Milk 

1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight) 

2 cups filtered water

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 pinch of sea salt 

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until super creamy. 

Pour through a nut milk bag and enjoy!
