3 Healthy & Delicious Fall-Inspired Beverages

#1 Pumpkin Smoothie: Try adding some pumpkin to your daily smoothie this fall for an added fiber and antioxidant boost. Pumpkin mixes well with almond milk, banana, and a little pure maple syrup. Try adding some superfoods into your shake with Magnificent Mushrooms, brain, immunity, or athletic blend, and some superfood seeds like chia, flax, or hemp.

#2 Dr. Vim’s Pumpkin Spiced Latte: We recently whipped up our own version of the traditional PSL. Check out the recipe here where you can enjoy the traditional pumpkin flavors, but without all the added sugar. Plus, with the added benefit of our Magnificent Mushrooms blend, you can help supercharge your health at the same time.

#3 Pumpkin Hot Chocolate: Pumpkin is found in just about everything this time of year, and if you’re a chocolate fan, why not add some pumpkin spice to a hot chocolate? Try making a guilt-free hot cocoa with full-fat unsweetened coconut or almond milk, a tablespoon of raw, unsweetened cocoa powder, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, and a drizzle of raw honey for a healthy treat.

Don’t let pumpkin spiced latte season slip by without enjoying your favorite pumpkin recipes! Start by making them healthy with these three pumpkin and fall-inspired recipes that will help welcome in the fall season without the added sugar.
