Glass is preferable to plastic to avoid any unnecessary BPA exposure, and there are so many things you can store in a Mason jar like a premade smoothie or homemade Holy Basil Tulsi iced tea. 

#2 Use Chalkboard Labels: Chalkboard labels are great for labeling what’s in your glass jars. These are great to label that big jar of rolled oats, quinoa, and brown rice and can make organizing your pantry super easy. Plus, the great thing about chalkboard labels is that they can be reused, so you don’t have to worry about throwing them away once you are done using them.

#3 Rearrange Your Fridge: A great way to make sure you grab a healthy snack when you are running around and need something quick is to place all of the healthy snack options in the front of your fridge. Make sure you place them within reach so you can just grab and go. Things like hummus, sliced veggies and fruit are all great options!

#4 Invest in New Dinnerware: Sometimes getting new serving plates is a great way to help cut back on portion size.
