It’s hard to believe that June is almost over and that the Fourth of July is right around the corner! We wanted to share our roundup of some of our favorite healthier recipes to enjoy at your holiday BBQ that taste delicious but without all of the added junk.

7 Healthier Fourth of July Recipes   

 
 

#1 Sweet Potato Burgers: What Fourth of July BBQ is complete without a burger, right? Give this plant-based option created by (@chocolatecoveredkatie) made with sweet potato, cannellini beans, and lots of delicious and flavorful spices a try.  

#2 Healthier Cheesecake Recipe: (@chocolatecoveredkatie) does it yet again with this healthy cheesecake recipe, and she even gives options to make this dairy-free. If you love a traditional slice of cheesecake every Fourth of July, give this healthier option a try. 

#3 Red White & Blue Parfait: We came up with this recipe to help celebrate Memorial Day, and it makes a great Fourth of July treat as well. You can prep this festive parfait a day ahead of your Fourth of July BBQ or get together, and then take it out of the fridge right before you are ready to enjoy it.
